All varieties of our Brown Rice Flour are made from quality Single Boiled Brown Rice (which retains 60% of the bran). We bring them now in Roasted and Plain forms. Roasting minimizes the moisture content in the Flour.
Puttu-Podi is a variety of Rice Flour the is slightly grained. It is especially prepared for the South Indian Dish called Puttu (steamed rice cakes).
